All Level Technical & Commercial Consultants (Leeds & London MSP)
£18,000 - £60,000 Per Annum (Subject to Role & Experience)
My client, a fast growing MSP with offices in Leeds and The City of London, has roles available across all area of their business, including;
• Technical; 1st, 2nd & 3rd Level technical consultants and Project Delivery consultants
• Commercial; account management and new business consultants

The successful candidates should have worked previously within an IT support business, value added reseller or managed services provider, and aspiring to develop their career and skills by expanding their work experience to the next level. 

Additionally, the successful candidates will have shown dedication to their professional development by achieving industry recognised qualifications such as CompTIA accreditations or Microsoft MCP / MCSE and have direct experience of working with common MSP tools and technologies, such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Kaseya, Zendesk, VMware, AWS, Azure and Office 365 for technical roles and for commercial roles undertaken some vendor sales training and be able to reference historic commercial performance against targets.

The roles will be based at my clients' offices in Leeds, near to Wetherby and London, near to Liverpool Street with all roles requiring experience (relative to the role) of; 
  • Diagnosing and resolving IT issues with Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10, Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 or other Support over phone, remote and onsite.
  • Implementation/Migration/Administration of Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 server including: Active directory, DHCP, DNS, NTFS permissions, DFS 
  • Implementation/Migration/Administration of security products such Firewalls, AV & Anti-Spam Solutions
  • Implementation/Migration/Administration of Office 365 / Exchange Server
  • Respond to escalated tickets and identify and implement solutions
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures & products
  • Create and update technical documentation and manuals
  • Manage and maintain internal and client backup processes
  • Plan and oversee projects
  • Commercial roles will require experience of either managing or winning MSP customers
Finally, as the core link between my client and their customers, the successful candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
