1.5 to 2.5 Level IT Consultant (Leeds MSP)
£25,000 - £35,000 Per Annum (Subject to Experience) + Great Benefits inc Working from Home
My client’s MSP based to the west of Leeds is looking to grow the technical delivery team with multiple roles available.

The roles benefits from offering the full spectrum of MSP tasks and responsibilities (from 2nd level support remotely to 3rd level project work onsite) and having an established team to mentor the successful candidates through to their next level of development, whilst delivering exceptional IT services to my clients’ customers.

Already working within a technical role for an IT support business, value added reseller or managed services provider, the successful candidate is likely to have had experiences above their core level level, however regular growth has been limited by current employer opportunities and work variety.

The successful candidate will have shown dedication to their professional development by achieving industry recognised qualifications such as CompTIA accreditations or Microsoft MCP and be planning to achieve an MCSE and have direct experience of working with common MSP tools and technologies, such as Autotask, ConnectWise, Kaseya, Zendesk, VMware, AWS, Azure and Office 365.

The role will include working with and therefore requires experience of;
  • Server platforms including Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 
  • Desktop platforms including Windows 10 and MAC Operating Systems
  • Active Directory, DNS & GPOs
  • Office 365 
  • Networking, switching, VPNs and Firewalls
  • Backup and Business Continuity
Travel to customer sites in and around Leeds and surrounding area is required, so a full, clean driving license and access to own car is essential (central London typically accessed by train/tube versus driving and fully expensed). 

Finally, as the core link between my client and their customers, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, to represent my client’s business with professionalism whilst building trust and confidence with their customers.
