£24,000 - £26,000 Per Annum (Subject to Experience)
Want to help manage the IT of SME and Corporate clients across Scotland and the North of England, working with market leading cloud and on-premise technologies?

The successful candidate should have worked previously within a technical role for an IT support business, value added reseller or managed services provider, and aspiring to develop their career and skills by expanding their work experience to the next level. 

Suitable candidates will already have MSP service desk experience covering BAU and small-project Moves-Adds-Changes, remotely & onsite, now seeking to develop their career further.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have shown dedication to their professional development by achieving industry recognised qualifications such as CompTIA accreditations or Microsoft MCP / MCSE and have direct experience of working with common MSP tools and technologies, such as Autotask, Datto, ConnectWise, Kaseya, Zendesk, VMware, AWS, Azure and Office 365.

The successful candidate will be working with and therefore requires management experience of;
  • Active Directory, PowerShell Windows Server & Hyper-V 
  • Azure AD
  • Office 365 & Exchange Server
  • Market leading Firewalls and Switches
  • Market leading Backup and recovery solutions
  • Microsoft Graph, Intune, and AutoPilot (an advantage)

Currently my client is operating a rotation of staff between working from home and office to promote physical distancing in response to the pandemic, however the role is currently office based (Glasgow), with client site visits when required in non-pandemic conditions, therefore a car and license are required.

My client is considering a more flexible working culture post pandemic therefore candidates should be open to a blended approach of working at home, and the office when not at client sites, in the future though.

Finally, as the core link between my client and their customers, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.
