Retained service deliverables include;
- Development of M&A strategy and target seller or buyer attributes
- Identification of target suspects based on your criteria of location and size
- Profiling of targets: Person of Significant Control (PSC) age and time in business, debtors, net assets, staff numbers
- Initial contact attempt with PSC by letter to establish contact and interest
- Management of prospects and facilitation of meetings as required through to Heads of Terms agreement
- Advisory support through to completion
- Monthly reporting of activity & status of suspects
- Minimum 6-month retained basis, thereafter 30-days rolling notice (from next monthly billing anniversary)
- Engagements longer than 9-months include further follow up letters
£1,695.00+VAT

Plus 1% Deal Value
Success Fee
if a share purchase.

OR 5% Revenue Billed

if an asset purchase (very small MSP or Client Transfer).
