Two MSP-Growth-Enabling commercial models summarised below;
Option 1
11% of monthly salary
- Payable for up to 24-months
- Invoiced monthly on 7-day payment terms
- Should Person leave within 24-months, no further payments will be invoiced however previous payments would not be credited (subject to minimum deposit value)
- In effect a 104 week reducing rebate
Option 2
15% of annual salary
- Invoiced on commencement on 7-day payment terms
- Should Person leave within 15-weeks, a reducing rebate would be credited (between 100% and 10%, subject to days employed, and minimum deposit value)
Both options subject to below;

Whilst active search continues
Non-Refundable Deposit of £1,000.00+vat
Per role, invoiced on acceptance of role and due on receipt
Placement contingent invoice(s) credited against deposit
