Retained MSP Business Advice Service (via call or email) with Best Endeavours response SLA
Service can be augmented with additional time or fixed price consulting
30-day rolling commitment, following minimum initial term of 6-months
All interactions via video or voice calls

This is typically for MSPs with core services revenue above £15,001 per month
Initial Discovery meeting, with summary notes
Bi-weekly scheduled call, with summary notes
Quarterly review meeting, with summary notes
Retained MSP Business Advice Service (via call or email) with 24-hour response SLA for urgent matters and 48-hour response SLA for non-urgent matters
Service can be augmented with additional time or fixed price consulting
60-day rolling commitment, following minimum initial term of 9-months 
Interactions via video or voice calls, with in-person meetings quarterly

The NED ‘Non-Expensive Director’

This is typically for MSPs with core services revenue above £30,001 per month
Initial Discovery meeting with summary notes
Weekly scheduled call with summary notes
Monthly meeting attending regular board or management meetings, with summary notes
Retained MSP Business Advice Service (via call or email) with 24-hour response SLA for urgent matters and 48-hour response SLA for non-urgent matters
Service can be augmented with additional time or fixed price consulting
90-day rolling commitment, following minimum initial term of 12-months
Interactions via video or voice calls, with in-person  meetings monthly

Looking to make less of a commitment?

Non-recurring investment is £295.00+vat per hour, with a preference for establishing a fixed price in advance of engagement based on time estimate to achieve your desired outcomes.  Other caveats may also apply!
Return on Investment

ROI measurement will depend on what your challenges & opportunities are and how we approach them during the initial discovery; clearly outlining what we expect to achieve and how we will measure the return.
